Platinum Concierge ("we", "us") arranges private transportation, charters, aviation and accommodation for our clients. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Only what we need to arrange your request: your name, phone number, email address if you share it, travel dates, party size, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any preferences you tell us. Requests sent through the booking form or the chat assistant are emailed to our team and kept in a private log on our server, outside the public website, so nothing is lost. Requests by phone, text or email are handled the same way.

How we use it

To confirm and deliver the services you ask for, to contact you about your booking, and to keep a record of what was arranged. We share your details only with the captain, chauffeur, operator or property that needs them to fulfil your booking.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or trade your information.
• Publish who you are, where you stayed or where you went.
• Send marketing you did not ask for.

Retention and access

We keep booking records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing team@globaltiesaviation.com.
