Terms of Service

These terms apply to every service arranged through Platinum Concierge. By placing a request by phone, text, email or this website you agree to them.

Our role

Platinum Concierge arranges yachts, chauffeured vehicles, private aircraft, accommodation and watercraft on your behalf through licensed operators and properties. Each operator remains responsible for its vessel, vehicle, aircraft or property and for compliance with the laws that govern it.

Quotes and confirmation

Every request receives a written quote. Nothing is booked until you confirm and the agreed deposit or payment is received. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may include operator fees, fuel, gratuities and taxes where stated.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms vary by operator and are stated on your written confirmation. Weather-related cancellations of yacht and watercraft bookings are rescheduled or refunded at the operator's discretion. Changes requested after confirmation are accommodated where possible and may carry a fee.

Conduct

Guests must follow the instructions of the captain, pilot, chauffeur or property staff. Damage caused by a guest is the responsibility of the client who made the booking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, Platinum Concierge's liability for any booking is limited to the fees you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by weather, traffic, air traffic control, mechanical issues or events beyond our control.
